Baby Changing Faciltiies

At Cardiff Airport there are special babycare rooms, which are equipped with changing tables and nappy dispensers. They also have a selection of other essential equipment to provide comfort and privacy for all passengers travelling with young babies.

Bureaux De Change

You can now exchange money online using through Travelex or at one of the three Bureaux de Change outlets available throughout the terminal building in Cardiff International Airport.

Cash Point Machines

Cardiff Aiport has a HSBC cash point machine in the check-in hall which accepts VISA/MC, Switch, Cirrus, and Link cards.

Executive Lounge

The executive lounge is inside the departures lounge next to the tax and duty free shops. If you are a BA Silver or Gold card holder or a KLM Silver Wing and Royal Wing card holder access is freely available. If you are not a holder of one of the aforementioned cards, please enquire at the check-in counter.

Fax and Photocopying

Fax and photocopying facilities are available at the information desk which is situated on the first floor of the main terminal.

Children's Play Centre

Airtours kindly sponsors a play centre in the departure lounge which is available to all young children. It's equipped with a wide range of toys for children between the ages of 2 and 8. Children must be supervised while they enjoy this facility.

In-Flight Facilities

Many airlines using Cardiff International Airport provide special goodies and entertainment for children. Britannia Airways have their new OBK (On Board Kids) packs, My Travel have their own activity packs, and Air 2000 have their own children's activity rucksacks.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

Cardiff International Airport has an ongoing commitment to passengers with special needs and has been designed to enable smooth and easy passage through all areas. Please inform your travel agent or airline of any special needs requirements when booking.

Facilities include:

- Dedicated spaces in the car parks
- Use of airport wheelchairs throughout terminal building
- Passengers may retain their own wheelchairs up until boarding
- Low level kerbs at terminal entrance and exit
- Lifts between all floors
- Specially designed toilets on first floor, departures lounge and arrivals hall
- Ambulift for boarding aircraft
- Minicom facility for the deaf or hard of hearing is available at the Information Desk.
- Flight information monitors and tannoy announcements of all flight related messages.
